Emma Fairhurst

Ms. Fairhurst has 20 years experience in the venture capital financial and public company markets. The majority of time involved in the Canadian resource capital market and as well as Australian resource sectors. Emma worked at Canaccord Genuity where she administered hundreds of millions in assets, private placements and financings. She subsequently went on to be a founder and executive in the resource business venture sector in her own right. Her collective experiences have led to many appointments as Director for various private and public companies. Emma has over 10 years experience in international development and corporate responsibility, working significantly in East Africa. She is a director and founding member of Global Change for Children Society, a volunteer charity sponsored by numerous mining companies.

Jonas Lauren Norr

Mr. Norr has been investing in early stage ventures since 2000. As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Gravity Ranch Ventures, he primarily occupies himself with supporting deep technologies that emerge from SRI International (Stanford Research Institute) aimed at solving some of our world’s greatest problems. He has been the Founder or an executive to five companies, two of which made public offerings and two of which were acquired. Sectors of interest have included renewable energy, biotech, education, media, and real assets. Infrastructure-scale projects in renewable energy and real assets have been initiated through Nexcentrica Capital Partners, Ethos Real Assets, qMobility, Future Energy Partners UK, and Qoo Energy. He is a Senior Advisor to SpaceFund, a Special Advisor to Peterson Real Assets, and is a regular speaker on technology and social impact.

Jason Cubitt

Mr. Cubitt has 25 years of experience working with resource companies in various capacities as founder, finance agent and institutional investor. Most recently, Mr. Cubitt was director of investments for Vertus Investment
Advisory and Ascenta Asset Management, offshore investment advisory firms for which he was responsible for precious metals and special situations mining and energy funds.

Garry Stock

Mr. Stock has worked in resources, cleantech, ag, investment and tech for the past 24 years, helping build companies from inception to up to $500 million in market capitalization. He has been involved in $400 million in equity financings and has acquired/developed assets across most commodities within Canadian, US, Australian and British securities jurisdictions, serving in executive and financial roles, most recently as independent Director and Chair of Compensation Committee for Squire Mining, (now Taal Distributed Information Technologies). Garry holds an B.A. (Hons) in Economics, and passed the CFA Level III exam in 1997.
